Useful facts and information
BEFORE you book
For safety reasons we cannot take riders over 220lbs. During the booking process you will be asked your body weight plus the weight of all other riders so that we can prepare the appropriate horses. Weights are also checked on arrival so please ensure to input the correct weights of each rider to avoid any disappointment for any rider that may be over our limit.
Each guest is allocated their own horse. Young children and nervous adults are led by our guides. For safety reasons we do not allow double riding.
Transportation is an optional add on. If you purchased through a third-party, we are happy to arrange a taxi for you. Contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone: +1(758)730-5975 or +1(758)717-5800.
